Refunds

Refunds will be credited back on the card that the original purchase was made with within 5 working days of us receiving your return. You will get an email from us to let you know that your return has been accepted and that your refund has been processed.

Although we will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your returned garments, please remember that it can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
